How will we pay you?
We endeavour to pay all of our temporary workers correctly and on time each week. To ensure this happens you must:
- Provide us with all of your personal information including Bank Details
- Complete your timesheet and send to the payroll dept. by 10.00am Monday latest
- Call to ensure that your timesheet has been received
Personal Information
Prior to the start of the assignment, we must be in possession of your full name, home address, Bank Details, P45 and NI number to ensure that your payroll is processed correctly.
Cheque Payments:
If at the time of payroll processing, we have not received your Bank Details a cheque will be issued.
Please note: This will delay your receipt of the payment as once the cheque is received it will take three days to clear into your funds
Timesheet Completion
In order for us to pay you, we must receive a GPS timesheet

Email: timesheet@gpsrecruitment.com. You will receive an automatic reply with the pdf timesheet attached
Timesheet Received
It is essential that you call the payroll department on 01277 658526 to confirm our receipt of your timesheet. Failure to do this could result in your payment being delayed
